Our Production Process

Whenever possible, we work with vertically integrated facilities where everything from dyeing to knitting is done in one location to further reduce our carbon footprint. We also partner globally with fair trade artisans to produce our pieces ethically, providing women with fair-wage jobs in safe working environments.
Our Materials
From the very beginning, sustainability has been at the core of VitaminTees. We’re dedicated to transforming waste into beautiful, durable fibers, making every piece you wear kind to both you and the planet.
We innovate with high-quality, eco-conscious materials. For our swimwear, we primarily use recycled nylon (often from ghost fishing nets or deadstock fabrics) blended with elastane and Lycra, ensuring superior stretch and a sculpted fit. Production involves digital printing for water conservation and non-toxic dyes. Many items are part of limited-run upcycled collections.
Beyond swimwear, our commitment to natural fibers extends to high-quality linen, recycled, and organic cotton, maintaining an eco-friendly approach across our entire range.
