Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the following guidelines carefully:

  • Eligibility:
    • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached.
    • Returned items should be in their original packaging whenever possible.
    • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.
  • Detailed Issue Description:
    • Provide a clear explanation of the reason for return, such as:
      • Wrong size received
      • Incorrect color
      • Defective or damaged item
      • Item not matching the product description
  • Photo Evidence Required: Submit at least 2 high-quality, well-lit photos showing:
    • The affected or damaged area
    • The size tag (if the issue relates to sizing)
    • Full front and back views of the product
      Returns without complete photo documentation will be automatically declined.
  • Return Window:
    • You must initiate your return request within 60 days of receiving your order.
    • Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.
  • How to Initiate a Return:

    • Include your full name, order number, description of the issue, and required photos.
    • Specify whether you prefer a replacement or refund.
  • Return Shipping Costs:
    • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we cover the return shipping cost.
    • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is our fault.

Refund Policy

Once we receive your returned item, we will:

  • Inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria (unworn, unused, with tags, original packaging).
  • Notify you within 72 hours whether your return is approved.
  • Process approved refunds within 7 business days, crediting the original payment method.
  • Note that it may take additional days for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

Please be aware:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
  • If a prepaid return label was provided but the return was not our responsibility, the shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
  • Returns not meeting criteria will be rejected, and items may be returned to you at your expense.

Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges only for the following reasons:

  • Damaged or defective products
  • Wrong item sent
  • Incorrect size received

To initiate an exchange:

  • Contact us at support@vitamintees.com with:
    • Your full name and order number
    • A clear description of the issue
    • Photos supporting your claim
    • For size exchanges, specify the size you want.

If approved and the requested item is in stock, we will:

  • Ship the replacement at no cost to you
  • Provide tracking details via email

If the replacement item is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss alternative solutions, including a refund.
